Prior to founding Jelkya Services LLC, Otis J. Enoch developed BioGulp — a biofeedback therapeutic device designed to cue behaviorally safe swallowing maneuvers for patients with dysphagia, built directly from clinical SLP practice. BioGulp was USPTO-registered in 2011 (Registration No. 4031529, Class 10: Medical Instrument Products) with first use in December 2010. Dryscentu™ is the second product invention to emerge from this combination of clinical insight and technical training.
