Prior to founding Jelkya Services LLC, Otis Enoch developed BioGulp — a biofeedback therapeutic device designed to cue behaviorally safe swallowing maneuvers for patients with dysphagia, built directly from his clinical SLP experience and biomedical technology training.

BioGulp was USPTO-registered in 2011 (Registration No. 4031529, Class 10: Medical Instrument Products) with first use in December 2010.

Dryscentu™ is the second product invention to emerge from this combination of clinical insight and technical training.

The Journey Now

​

Dryscentu™ is moving from concept toward its first production-ready prototype. Every good product goes through this stage — refining the design, planning how it's built, and making sure it's something people genuinely want in their homes. That's the work happening right now.

​

Part of that work is hands-on: I've begun developing Dryscentu's components in professional 3D CAD through the Onshape Startup Program, turning the concept into precise, buildable parts. Combined with my biomedical and HVAC background, it's letting me shape the design directly rather than from the sidelines.

I'm not doing this alone. I'm grateful for the guidance of mentors and technical advisors along the way, including SCORE, the VBOC, and Product QuickStart, who are helping keep Dryscentu on track and built the right way.
